Our application process
We want to be sure that you have the best possible experience when applying for a role with Consort Medical Group. We want you to make a great application, to impress at an assessment centre and shine at interview. While our recruitment process may differ slightly from role to role, they all essentially follow the same pattern.
Once you have found the job you want to apply for, simply click on the ‘Apply Online’ button. You’ll need to register first. When you have registered simply complete the short application form. This will include filling in your personal information, attaching your CV and completing a diversity monitoring form. Once submitted, you will receive an email notifying you that your application has been received.
We will review your application against the required criteria for the role you are applying for. We may contact you by telephone or email if we think that we need more information from you. If your application is unsuccessful we will notify you by email. Unfortunately, due to volume of applications that we receive for each role we advertise, we will be unable to provide feedback at this stage.
After your application has been reviewed we will invite you to attend a first interview. Depending on the role you are applying for this could be web-based, telephone-based, onsite or an assessment centre. During this we will probe a little bit more on your job history, relevant qualifications and experience. It will also be your opportunity to ask us any questions. Just so you can be sure that we are the right fit for you.
Should you be successful and make it through to the final stage of the application process, you will be invited to one of our sites to be interviewed by the hiring manager. Our recruitment team will let you know what you can expect from the day and how best to prepare for the interview. Again, should you be unsuccessful at this stage we will provide detailed feedback on your interview.
If you are successful in your application we will telephone you and discuss the next steps of the process. There may be additional meeting and discussions before you join just so you can be sure that we are the right fit for you. If you are unsuccessful following your interview we will give you feedback to help you in any future applications.
