Women in STEM

On International Women’s Day, we held our second spotlight event on Women in Manufacturing & Engineering. We hosted a guest speaker and held a personal branding session focusing on the importance of bringing your whole self to work.

Diversity & Inclusion Team

Our Diversity and Inclusion team organise a range of celebration events throughout the year that are important to our people.  New ideas and team members are always welcome.

Pride

Pride symbolises tolerance, acceptance and equality. By supporting the event, we send out a clear message that we take diversity and inclusivity seriously.  We certainly made our presence known with the Bespak logo flag and our cheering!
